第二步：20°C水浴25min。

第三步：37°C水浴35min。

    如果內(nèi)有頭皮屑絮狀沉淀，說明脂蛋白和纖連蛋白析出，不會影響細胞培養(yǎng)狀態(tài)。

假設細胞培養(yǎng)每代傳代時間超過正常傳代時間，有可能細胞培養(yǎng)過程中受到了污染或致電技術(shù)咨詢。

The pituitary gland is a small endocrine gland which produces and secretes various hormones vital to the regulation of various bodily functions. The pituitaries are collected in the contiguous 48 United States only from USDA inspected facilities where animals receive ante and post mortem inspection. The pituitaries are found free of contagious diseases. The product is sterile filtered and kept at -20°C.
